We are hiring a Full Time Cat Nanny. As a Full Time Cat Nanny, you’ll be working 36 hours a week across 5 working days.
The role would suit someone who is looking to work with us and our amazing feline family on a long term basis, is passionate about hospitality and wants to create a memorable experience for visitors in a fast paced and extremely dynamic workplace.
We pay the Real Living Wage.
What’s the role like? Unfortunately it’s not playing with cats all day. There’s a bit of cat play, a lot of customer service, cleaning and cat care. You are there as the cats’ advocate, to make sure they’re safe and happy. As a nanny you need to ensure the cafe’s rules are adhered to whilst making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable: it can be a tricky balance. You should be confident around cats and handling them. We have incredibly high standards of cleaning and this is a big part of the role. An ideal candidate would be highly organised, good at using their initiative, comfortable enforcing house rules and motivated by what can be a physically demanding role. A strong grasp of social media is beneficial. Barista and/or cat care experience is a bonus, but not essential. You must have visited us already so if you haven’t visited then book a session before applying.
